Saint-Malo is the nearest city to the house: the head office is in Saint-Coulomb, the shipping workshop in Cancale and order collection at Les Nielles, in Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes. At the Rocabey market, on Thursdays and Saturdays, the team sells its oysters directly; restaurants and hotels of the Emerald Coast go through our sales team.
Ostra Regal is the Boutrais family's premium selection: a triploid cupped oyster farmed for up to four years in Ireland (Dundrum Bay, Bannow Bay), including a low-density pousse-en-conche phase, then purified, graded and shipped from Cancale.
