The dates to remember for the festive dinners
During the festive season, order at least four days before your preferred delivery date: by 20 December at the latest for delivery on the 24th, by 27 December at the latest for the 31st.
The festive season is a very busy time for express deliveries: ordering early is how you make sure of delivery on the planned day. When you order, the shop calendar flags the busiest days and suggests a recommended delivery day.
25 December and 1 January are public holidays: there is no delivery on those days, nor on the day after, 26 December and 2 January.
Home delivery or collection
The online shop delivers to your home across mainland France, excluding Corsica, on the day you choose. The price shown includes delivery; your oysters travel in a weighted basket, under a cold chain.
Near Saint-Malo? You can also collect your order from the house, at Les Nielles (Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes), or at the Rocabey and Saint-Servan markets in Saint-Malo. Choose collection when you order: the available days are shown.
Which oysters for the festive season?
Ostra Regal, the signature of the house: plump, crisp, a rare balance of sweetness and brine, hazelnut finish. For an exceptional table, Sélection Or brings together the finest pieces, sorted one by one.
For the aperitif, Amulette: a small, remarkably plump oyster, made to go round among your guests. For long tables, La Céline, our fine oyster: honest, with a clean brine that wins everyone over.
For lovers of brine, Sentinelle, with its assertive marine character. And Huîtres de Cancale, our own production: fine, lively, distinctly briny.

Opening and serving
Opening an oyster takes a knife with a short, rigid blade, a protected hand and a steady gesture. Our step-by-step guide: www.ostraregal.com/comment-ouvrir-une-huitre
